Austria's largest nighttime skiing area, one of the largest and most modern skiing areas of Austria and worldwide... there are many superlatives in the SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The localities Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll and Westendorf belong to the ski carousel with its 288 km of ski slopes and 90 lift facilities.
Families are more than welcome: Various kinds of family tickets await them, as well as children areas, the Alpeniglu® Village and the Ski Movie Run. The variety is also wide for snowboarders and freestylers, who will amuse themselves in the four fun parks: the Intersport Kaiserpark Ellmau, the Skiparcours Hans im Glück & Crazy Kangaroo Park Söll, the boarders playground Westendorf, and the Funny Bird Slope. Moreover there are three ski routes and the new 80 km long SkiWorld Tour.
The news include the loungers and the free wi-fi at the Eibergtreff Scheffau, and the electric car charge station. Also several lift facilities have been replaced by high-tech solutions, including the Fleiding Cable Car, which now represents one of the most modern 8-seater chairlifts worldwide, featuring weather protection hoods and heated seats. Have fun!
