SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser-Brixental

The SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser-Brixental, one of the largest skiing areas of Austria and worldwide, features 284 km of ski slopes.

Austria's largest nighttime skiing area, one of the largest and most modern skiing areas of Austria and worldwide... there are many superlatives in the SkiWorld Wilder Kaiser-Brixental. The following localities belong to the ski carousel in the Brixental valley: Brixen im Thale, Ellmau, Going, Hopfgarten, Itter, Kelchsau, Scheffau, Söll and Westendorf. To clarify, if you spend your holidays in one of these nine villages, you are directly connected to 284 km of ski slopes and 90 lift facilities.

Families are more than welcome: Various kinds of family tickets await them, as well as the children areas, the Alpeniglu® Village and the Ski Movie Run. The variety is also wide for snowboarders, who will amuse themselves in the four Fun Parks - Intersport Kaiserpark Ellmau, Skiparcours Hans im Glück & Crazy Kangaroo Park Söll and boarders playground Westendorf - and on the Funny Bird Slope. Moreover there are three different ski routes and the new 80 km long SkiWorld Tour, taking you across the Wilder Kaiser mountain chain. And if Mother Hulda one day might forget to snow, an express snow cannon system will cover the whole area with snow within only three days.

There are plenty of new attractions, such as the loungers and the free wi-fi at the Eibergtreff Scheffau and the electric car charge station. For 2019/2020, the Zinsbergbahn was replaced by the first Hi-Tech 8/10 CGD combination lift of the area, whereas instead of the Fleidingbahn now you find one of the most modern 8-seater chairlifts worldwide, featuring weather protection hoods and heated seats. The Snow Card Tyrol (more than 90 skiing areas in Tyrol), the Salzburg Super Ski Card (23 ski regions) and the SuperSkiCard (22 ski regions, 2,750 km of slopes) are valid here.
