Beside the idyllic ski slopes, the ski centre Schlick 2000 provides a high-altitude cross-country ski track and a toboggan run.
At the entrance of the Stubaital valley there is the Schlick 2000 skiing area, providing 23.5 km of wonderful slopes, including a speed track. The Kreuzjochbahn cable car takes you from Fulpmes up to 2,240 m a.s.l. A varied skiing area, which is rich in special corners - for the little ones, there is Big Ron's Kinderland of the Stubai Ski School with its mascot Big Ron and a ski carousel.
Snowboarders and freeskier, however, can look forward to the two Fun Parks: the Stubai Park Schlick 2000 on the Sennjoch slope and the Free Nature Park along the valley run. By the way: Schlick 2000 was the first skiing area to introduce the "Skiline" system, a technique that saves the altitude difference that you overcame in your ski day. Off the slopes, the atmosphere is calmer...
There is a snow-sure 3.5 km long high-altitude cross-country round course, stretching across great winter forests. And round Mt. Kreuzjoch you can go paragliding - the area is known for its good air conditions that makes flying also possible in winter. The Snow Card Tyrol (more than 90 skiing areas in Tyrol), the Freizeitticket Tyrol (32 skiing areas and other leisure time facilities in Tyrol) and the SKI plus CITY Pass (13 skiing areas around Innsbruck and the Stubaital valley, formerly known as Olympia SkiWorld Innsbruck) are valid in the Schlick 2000 skiing area.
