26 lift facilities take you from Neustift im Stubaital to the 64 km of perfectly groomed slopes of the Stubai Glacier Skiing Area, with snow guarantee from October to May. At the Eisgrat mountain station at 3,000 m a.s.l. there's the Restaurant Schaufelspitz, the highest located gourmet restaurant of the Alps and - close by - the Stubai Ice Grotto, which is open all year round.
The most popular slopes include the 10 km long Wilde Grube valley run and the permanent race track. Families may enjoy the BIG Family Fun Slope and BIG Family Ski-Camp. Furthermore, kids under 10, accompanied by an adult with valid ski pass, ski for free - for its family friendliness, the Stubai Glacier has already received several awards.
Snowboarders will amuse themselves in the Stubai Zoo Snow Park on the Gaisskar Glacier, which has been enlarged in 2021 by a Jibline with own ski lift (Zooshuttle). It is an international freeski and snowboard meeting point, where also the FIS Freeski World Cup Stubai takes place.
