The skiing area at the Höfener Alm mountain pasture, an area at 1,900 m a.s.l. on the slopes of Mt. Hahnenkamm in the Nature Park Region of Reutte, disposes of five lift facilities. The red cabins of the Hahnenkammbahn cable car, which carry 1,630 people per hour, start in Höfen and take you onto 16 km of slopes. Most of them are medium difficult runs.
Kids can look forward to the Schollenwiesen ski lift with its children’s area which is available in the valley, suitable for first steps on skis. Also the “Alpeggle” area at the intermediate station is rather flat and suitable for beginners. Professional help offer the certified instructors of the Hahnenkamm 2000 Ski School who show you the proper technique. And due to plenty of snow cannons, snow is guaranteed from the bottom to the top.
To bring the skiing day to a close the traditional Aprés Ski has to be enjoyed. Therefor the “Ramba Zamba Express” at the valley station or the open-air bar “Almrausch” in front of the Singer Hütte ski hut look forward to welcoming you. In the Reuttener Seilbahnen skiing area, awarded with the Tyrolean quality seal for its ski slopes, the “Tyrol Snow Card” is valid!
