Some years ago, the WIDIversum was inaugurated at 2,020 m a.s.l. The Acherkogel Cable Car takes visitors from Oetz to Hochoetz, where plenty of adventures await families, to solve finally the riddle of the magic crystal, and to help WIDI to save the adventure world from the big bad wolf. It has stolen the magic crystal and hid it somewhere.
36 interactive stations - some of them with riddles - wait for the little ones: Among them there are a milk can xylophone, a water playground, a magic gorge, a spinning diving station, and an interactive marble tower. Besides, the children learn much about the Oetztal valley, its nature and culture. The stations are situated on a 3,000 sqm large area around a mountain lake. The three theme paths of the WIDIversum are called "All the senses! The adventure trail with a sharp mind", "Aim high! The tour for summiteers", and "Following the tracks of wild animals".
At close of the exciting day, at WIDI's Bistro you may enjoy an ice cream, a cold drink or a snack. Alternatively, there's WIDI's barbecue area at the cloud 7b. WIDI's Movie Shuttle is the adventure journey with a futuristic 5D multimedia simulator: A 180-degree screen, and an adventurous journey await you. Featuring magic carpets, a ski course, the Ochsengarten Snow Playground, a fun park, and WIDI's playground, this special place stays now open also during the skiing season.

In summer, three theme trails, WIDI's Movie Shuttle, WIDI's Bistro, and the barbecue area are open, in winter WIDI's magic carpets, the fun park, the ski course, the Ochsengarten Snow Playground, and WIDI's playground. WIDI's Movieshuttle is accessible every day from 10 am to 4 pm (from 4 years of age and a minimum height of 1 metre if accompanied, from 8 years on unaccompanied).
The barbecue package for WIDI's barbecue area includes wood, skewers, sausage, campfire bread, ketchup, mustard, and marshmallows, and is prepared on reservation: +43 5252 6385 618.
The opening hours refer to the ones of the Acherkogel Cable Car, which takes you to the WIDIversum: It operates in summer and in winter every day from 9 am to 4.30 pm. The cable car and the park remain closed in spring (April to early June) and in autumn (October to December).
