In the high valley of the Wildschönau, a mix of fun elements, sports opportunities and an Alpine Coaster awaits adventurers
A family experience awaits young and old explorers in the centre of Oberau. In the Drachental Valley, movement and fun have been combined, so that today you can choose between the first 5D cinema in Tyrol, a tubing track and a cart track, a dragon mountain and a play lake, as well as a motor skills course with a diving tower and a bag jump.
The highlight is the Alpine Coaster, which operates not only in summer and winter, but also after dark: The "Drachenflitzer" is 2 km long and perfectly secured, e.g. with a computerised distance control system. Children from 3 to 7 years have to be accompanied by an adult, from 8 years on they can drive by themselves. The landmark, on the other hand, is a 10-metre-high dragon that combines a slide, ball track, climbing nets and play areas on three floors.
Sports can be enjoyed on three mountain bike trails and the pump track. On the 600 sqm fun court you can play football, basketball or volleyball, or in winter you can do a few laps on the ice. The Drachental Family Park (Familienerlebnis Drachental) is easily accessible: It is located 10 km from the Wörgl train station and is well connected to public transport.
