Some years ago, the WIDIversum was inaugurated at 2,020 m a.s.l. The Acherkogel Cable Car takes visitors from Oetz to Hochoetz, where plenty of adventures await families, to solve finally the riddle of the magic crystal, and to help WIDI to save the adventure world from the big bad wolf. It has stolen the magic crystal and hid it somewhere.
36 interactive stations - some of them with riddles - wait for the little ones: Among them there are a milk can xylophone, a water playground, a magic gorge, a spinning diving station, and an interactive marble tower. Besides, the children learn much about the Oetztal valley, its nature and culture. The stations are situated on a 3,000 sqm large area around a mountain lake.
At close of the exciting day, there's the Hochoetz Panorama Restaurant at the exit of the WIDIversum. Alternatively, there's WIDI's barbecue area directly at the cloud 7b - the restaurant offers a barbecue package so that you don't have to think about the equipment and food. In the 2nd basement level of the restaurant, however, there's WIDI's Movie Shuttle, a a futuristic 5D multimedia simulator. 10 seats, a 180-degree screen, and an adventurous journey await you...

WIDI's Movie Shuttle stays open daily from 10 am to 4 pm (from 4 years and 1.00 m of height on only if accompanied, from 8 years on the children don't have to be accompanied anymore). The opening times refer to the Acherkogel Cable Car, which takes you to the WIDIversum Hochoetz: It operates from June 3 to October 22, 2023, daily from 9 am to 4.30 pm. Season closure of the WIDIversum in winter and spring (end of October to the end of May).
