A 6,500 sqm large paradise was created on the area of the "Erste Tiroler Latschenölbrennerei" pine oil distillery. The success story of the Unterweger brothers dates back to 1886 - in the course of time, a whole world of wellbeing was established out of former pine oil distillery.
The Vitalpinum is made of different areas such as the Vitalpinum Wellness Garden (Wohlfühlgarten Vitalpinum) with local plants and shrubs. A circular path leads to the single stations including an Alpine Herbs Shower and a Herb Oil Horoscope. The "Zirbenkraftplatz", however, is a place of strength with a waterfall and deckchairs made of pine wood which is known to have a balancing and calming effect on body and soul.
Further highlights are the Healing Herbs Field where arnica and marigold, thyme and lavender grow, and the old pine oil distillery which was recreated true-to-detail: In this Vitalpinum Show Distillery (Schaubrennerei Vitalpinum) you can get an interesting insight into the traditional production of pine oil and other essential oils. A playground and a brand store complete the offer.

The guided tours take approx. 50 minutes and are offered for groups of 15 and more persons - smaller groups on request. Dogs are not allowed at the Vitalpinum Show Distillery and Wellness Garden: Your four-legged friend may be kept on a lead on the veranda and will get a bowl of water.
The Vitalpinum Show Distillery and Wellness Garden stays open every day from the end of April to mid-October. The shop is accessible in the same times - it remains open also in winter.
Season start 2025 on April 25.
