At the head of the beautiful Paznauntal valley, where you will also find the famous Alpinarium, a unique museum that is part of an avalanche protection wall, lies Galtür with its indoor swimming pool. This Adventure Pool Silvapark Galtür (Erlebnishallenbad Silvapark) invites you to visit in summer and winter, ideal after a hike or a day on the skis in the Silvapark Skiing Area.
It is also pleasant on bad weather days in summer to have an indoor swimming pool available here at almost 1,600 m a.s.l., while the rain falls outside the panoramic windows. The 45 m long adventure slide is the attraction of the indoor pool. It ends after a fast ride with light and sound effects in a small pool in the indoor area.
For small children, there is a parent-child area with "Bubu" the play rhinoceros. In summer, the large sunbathing lawn in the outdoor area opens. Indoor tennis courts, a squash box and bowling alleys complete the facilities at the Galtür Sports and Cultural Centre. A combination ticket for admission to the Alpinarium Galtür and the indoor adventure pool at a reduced price is available.
