Leisure centre Axams

In Axams, a holiday resort in the west of Innsbruck, you can look forward to an overall experience of well-being. In the local leisure centre, called “Freizeitzentrum Axams”, the pleasure of bathing and sauna has been united under one roof. Inside there is a pool of 29° C, completed by a wild water jet with whirlpool, a rock island, massage jets and a spacious pool for kids. In the outdoor area, there are an outdoor pool with 30° C warm water, diving platforms, a wide water slide and a climbing net. Volley fields and a children’s playground complete the offer.

Relax on the loungers or spend some time sweating in the sauna, that includes a Finnish sauna, Kelo suana, steam bath, tepidarium and a particularly gentle biologic sauna. Afterwards we recommend you to relax on the massage lounge or to refreshingly jump into the fresh water basin (18° C). Tired of swimming? Also a restaurant makes part of the offer…

And then we recommend a welcome change. In the surroundings of the leisure centre, there is also a bouldering hall with a climbing surface of 200 sqm that can be found in the Ruifach stadium. Between this stadium and the swimming pool, in winter there is also a natural ice skating ground that can be used for free. Moreover there is a curling ground, according to the season you can curl on asphalt or ice. Have fun!
