Cross-country skiing

Tyrol is an exemplary cross-country skiing region and offers a wide variety of cross country ski tracks in every level of difficulty.

Tyrol offers great conditions for gliding in the snow - more than 4,000 km of cross country ski runs expect you. To the fore are not only the athletic aspects, but also the pleasure to fully enjoy nature is of utmost importance in this sports. We recommend you to simply stick to the so called "Loipen Gütesiegel", a seal of quality which is awarded by the state government of Tyrol. The safety and the maintenance of the ski tracks are taken into consideration regarding this seal of quality.
