We start at the parking space on the village edge and walk through the wintry Serfaus. After crossing the bridge, we reach the district called St. Zeno. There the road to the village of Madatschen starts, where the "Six Senses" Adventure Path around Mt. Michaelskopf can be found. From the viewpoint called Adlerhorst, which we reach soon afterwards, we enjoy a fantastic view on Serfaus and the entire surrounding until the Pitztal and Oetztal Alps.
The "Six Senses" Path leads us to various stations with installations made of wood and other materials which can be experienced with all the senses. To reach the Hög Hut, the Michaelskopf mountain can be rounded at right or left, both routes proceed to the hut at 1,810 m a.s.l., which is an ideal rest point for our lunch break. After the break we complete our hike with a short ascent to Mt. Alpkopf where we take the cable car down to Serfaus to avoid the long descent on foot.
