Also the Pleasure Mountain - how Mt. Venet near Zams, a mountain massif in the Oetztal Alps, is called - offers now toboggan fun in summer and winter alike. It is made possible by the Alpine Coaster "Venet Bob" which was inaugurated in 2019. The 860 m long all-year-long toboggan run on rails overcomes 130 metres in altitude difference and an average gradient of 12.9 %.
The coaster was successfully realised within one year by the Venet Bergbahnen AG lift facilities in the Oberinntal valley. The driver sits in a closed vehicle on rails and can decide autonomously how fast the ride down the slope will be. It's a real roller coaster feeling, when the "Venet Bob" reaches a top speed of 40 km/h in the curves and on the downhill straights - both in summer and winter.
By the way: Kids from 10 years of age and 130 cm body height can drive alone. Children from 4 years of age can join an adult. Have a good trip!
