Elks, ibexes, lynxes, chamois, wild boars, owls, moufflons... a range of animal species can be observed in their natural habitat on an area of about 80,000 sqm. Every season in this wildpark has its highlights. In spring for example the park enchants with its animal offsprings, animating life in the wildpark. In autumn rutting calls of deer resound in the park, whereas in winter animals appear in their most beautiful winter coat.
The park (Wildpark Wildbichl) is highly recommendable for family getaways as well as excursions of school classes and kindergartens. On the one hand it is highly instructive, on the other hand there is a huge children's playground with slides, swings and see-saws as well as a kiosk.
Moreover children and adults learn more about trees and bushes on a forest educational trail on the area of the Wildbichl Wildlife Park, and also how to differentiate these plants. Worth seeing!
