Trip cancellation and insurance policy

You remain flexible due to new cancellation rules
The following relaxed cancellation policies apply (unless MONDI Hotels & Resorts are not allowed to accommodate guests due to Corona):

until 26.05.2022:
- up to 7 days before arrival - free of charge (there are 7 days between cancellation and arrival day).
- from the 7th - 1st day before arrival - 50% of the booked service
- from the day of arrival - 100% of the booked service

from 26.05.2022:
- until 14 days before arrival free of charge (between cancellation and day of arrival are 14 days)
- from the 14th - 7th day before arrival - 50% of the booked service (between the cancellation and the day of arrival there is a maximum of 13 and a minimum of 7 days)
- from the 7th - 1st day before arrival - 80% of the booked service
- from the day of arrival - 100% of the booked service

We recommend in any case the conclusion of a travel cancellation insurance.

You do not take any risk, as we do not require any down payments.
You pay only at the time of your stay.
