Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
For cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival, we charge a processing fee of €50.
- For cancellations between 90 and 31 days prior to arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the total amount.
- For cancellations made between 30 and 8 days prior to arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the total amount.
- For cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival or in the event of late arrival, we charge a cancellation fee of 90% of the total amount.
- In the event of early departure, we charge 100% of the total amount.
