Christmas markets, torchlight walks and a Christkindl Post Office – the season’s magic comes to life in every corner of Pitztal Valley. A truly special tradition is the living Advent Calendar in the tiny hamlet of Plangeross.

Starting December 1, the tiny hamlet of Plangeross is transformed into a unique, living Advent Calendar. Each evening, a lovingly Christmas-theme decorated window is opened in a home and the family living there welcomes visitors with homemade specialties. It’s a wonderful opportunity to mix and mingle with locals.
