Over 100 alpine dairies from across the Alpine region compete. Alpine or mountain cheese, Tilsiter, Emmentaler, Graukäse – the variety is immense. Matured in Austria, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein. The best part: Guests can enjoy samples of the round, square, and wonderfully fragrant cheese wheels.
