Kühtai 2011

Kühtai skiing area

The highest located skiing village, Kühtai, offers ski and fun to late spring.

Skiing in the Kühtai skiing area on 2,520 m asl is a pleasure, as there is something for every taste in this renowned skiing, in which most of the slopes are of medium difficulty. However, there are also some challenging slopes as well as slopes for beginners. Due to the altitude of the skiing area it is snow sure. Modern and even weather protective lift facilities take you nearly from the doorstep of your accomodation into the skiing area. And those who cannot get enough during the day can also enjoy nighttime skiing twice a week.

From the winter season 2008/09 you can also ski on the slopes of the Oetz skiing area and use the lift facilities, using the same ski pass. And the skiing area is part of the Olympia SkiWorld Innsbruck, a ski carousel made up of 9 skiing areas. If you don’t have the right kit or you would like to rent the latest skis, you can simply rent everything you need in one of the ski rentals. And in case you would like to refine your technique or you have never tried skiing, certified skiing instructors will show you how to ski - also your kids will be little ski stars after a skiing lesson. In fact, the Kühtai skiing area is really a family-friendly skiing area!
