Nordic Walking, the “soft” nordic endurance sport, is extraordinarily easy to learn, but the correct technique, the passes and poise should be appropriated. Nordic Walking does not only make you exercise your muscles and kilter, but it is also an experience in the great outdoors of Tyrol.
A certified Nordic Walking Instructor shows you how to practise this sports. The correct motion sequence… no problem! In many places you can also rent Nordic Walking sticks. In general the kit is not complicated, as you simply need sticks and functional sport wear as well as walking boots and runners, then you can start walking.
By the way: Nordic Walking is a perfect sports for all age classes and it is highly effective. Performed in the right way, 90% of all muscles are active.
