Hiking holidays

Hiking and the Tyrolean Alps are closely connected. Numerous alpine pastures and viewpoints wait to be explored.

Warming sunrays, tinkling cow bells and crystal clear mountain streams inviting you to do a refreshing Kneipp cure... that\'s what hiking in Tyrol is about. For those who aim higher, there is e.g. the Zugspitze or Großglockner mountain. However, keep in mind that adequate equipment and experience are of utmost importance!

Accomodations in North and East Tyrol are often specialised on hikers and offer guided tours, equipment rental, a snack and detailled proposals for tours as a standard feature. The only thing you have to concentrate on are... the mountains!
