Swarovski Crystal Worlds

Scintillating jewels and glittering figures expect you in the Crystal Worlds in Wattens.

Experience a breathtaking world of crystals in Wattens near Innsbruck: in 1995 the Swarovski Crystal Worlds were established on the occasion of the centenary anniversary of the foundation of the crystal company Swarovski. Already the entrance of the museum amazes the visitors of the Crystal Worlds, as it features the shape of a huge spouting head of an alpine giant, created by the Austrian artist André Heller.

Inside the giant there is a crystal-themed indoor park, where a glittering crystal world is expecting visitors. Furthermore the “Planet of Crystals” is a three dimensional projection, whereas the “Crystal Dome” illustrates the interior of a crystal in 590 facets. Take the unique opportunity to immerse into a crystal! Healing crystals can be found in the “Crystaloscope”, a huge kaleidoscope.

To the delight of children, there is a “Crystal Theatre”, in which twinkling figures and items belonging to the giant at the entrance are made alive. Moreover there are also different special exhibitions and a series of classic concerts called “Musik im Riesen” (music in the giant) taking place in the Crystal Worlds. Swarovski Crystal Worlds is a unique universe enchanting visitors at all ages!
