You will find 3,500 m² of spa facilities, including a 1,400 m² sky spa and a traditional wellness alpine chalet. The extensive wellness area comprises nine saunas and steam baths (including a new, fully glazed sky sauna), indoor and outdoor infinity pools, modern relaxation rooms, an outdoor whirlpool, two natural swimming lakes, and nine treatment rooms for holistic therapies.
As a certified hiking hotel, Hotel Kristall organises five guided tours every week (including snowshoe excursions in winter) into the Karwendel and Rofan mountains. A diverse activity and relaxation programme complements each stay, featuring yoga, aroma and sound meditation, forest bathing, and themed sauna infusions.

As of 01.01.2026, the following cancellation conditions apply:
• Up to 30 days before arrival – free cancellation.
• 29–21 days before arrival – 50% cancellation fee.
• 20–8 days before arrival – 75% cancellation fee.
• 7–0 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fee.
