Fieberbrunn is the biggest village of the beautiful Pillersee Valley. By the Bergbahnen Fieberbrunn lift facilities you reach the hidden skiing area in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps - it is almost unnoticeable from the valley and offers fun on slopes at any levels of difficulty. For beginners especially the downhill runs along the Obingleiten tow lift and the Streuböden cable car are suitable. For pros the 1 km long Lärchfilzkogel 1 b slope can be discovered. But also the fun factor doesn’t go short: What about a trip with Timok’s Alpine Coaster? It starts at the intermediate station Streuböden and gets the adrenalin flowing on a length of 1.2 km.
The Fieberbrunn skiing area with its deep snow slopes is an insiders’ tip among freeriders! A special highlight is the 600 m long PowAirea where both trend sports free ride and free style are combined. It offers a deep snow area with specially arranged barriers. Also the Easy-Park at the intermediate station Streuböden is made for free stylers and snowboarders. The best of the best meet here every year for the famous Freeride World Tour, consisting of 5 stages.
Fieberbrunn is part of the Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn which offers 270 km of slopes and 70 lift facilities. This ski resort was placed by “Skigebiete-Test” among the Top 10, on the 5th place - the online portal has tested 250 skiing areas worldwide (in 10 categories) in 2019. The Salzburg Super Ski Card (23 ski regions), the SuperSkiCard (22 ski regions, 2,750 km of slopes) and the Ski Alpin Card (Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn, Zell am See, Kitzsteinhorn, Kaprun and Saalfelden) are valid in Fieberbrunn.
