If one item takes centre stage at the Haiming Market Days, it is undoubtedly the apple. Yet it gladly shares the spotlight with plenty of supporting acts: pumpkins, for instance, alongside potatoes, herbal teas, cheese, honey, and sausages. Thousands of visitors come every year to celebrate the local harvest.

Strolling and sampling is the order of the day at this large Tyrolean harvest market, where fresh local produce can be bought directly from the producers. The spotlight naturally falls on the great variety of apple varieties grown here in North Tyrol's largest fruit-growing community. A wide range of other farm goods is also available, from potatoes, fruit, and vegetables to organic grains, teas, and spices. Market stalls also feature cheese, cured sausages, artisan bread, honey, jams, wines, and fine spirits. Clothing and household wares can be purchased as well.
