Description
Niederelbe mountain hut: Giovani Oosters, restaurant Vous Lé Vous, Hasselt, Belgium. Awards: 1 Michelin star, Gastromania 2011: 16/20, Gault Millau 2013: 15/20.
On the St. Jacobs Way, hikers, bikers and culinary enthusiasts can explore the fascinating mountain backdrop and food devised by 4 international star chefs in a traditional mountain hut atmosphere. Each of the exceptional professional chefs will sponsor one of the huts and create an exclusive dish for the summer menu. Start: July 6, 2014.
The end of the Culinary St. Jacobs Way will be celebrated with a festival at the Jamtal mountain hut (September 21).
