Description
Heidelberg mountain hut: Alfio Ghezzi, restaurant Locanda Margon, Trento, Italy. Awards: 1 Michelin star, 1st place at the Bocuse D'Or Italia cooking competition (2012), 1 Cappello Guida Espresso (2013), 1st place at the Festival del Baccalà Triveneto (2013), Gambero Rosso / Foodies (2014), Identità Golose, Il Sole 24 Ore, Touring club Italiano.
On the St. Jacobs Way, hikers, bikers and culinary enthusiasts can explore the fascinating mountain backdrop and food devised by 4 international star chefs in a traditional mountain hut atmosphere. Each of the exceptional professional chefs will sponsor one of the huts and create an exclusive dish for the summer menu. Start: July 6, 2014.
The end of the Culinary St. Jacobs Way will be celebrated with a festival at the Jamtal mountain hut (September 21).
