This skiing area located above the city of Lienz keeps a wide range of offers ready for winter sports enthusiasts.

The family friendly skiing area at the Zettersfeld in the Lienz Dolomites ranges from 1,670 to 2,278 m asl and offers wide ski slopes that are secure from avalanches. Zettersfeld is a perfect skiing area for families with children, as the majority of the 40 km of ski slopes is classified as easy. However, there are also deep powder snow areas as well as mogul slopes, which will make skilful skiers’ hearts leap for joy.

The Zettersfeld skiing area offers a wide range of sunny ski slopes as well as a great panoramic view - a splendid place to spend one’s holidays. Moreover you don’t have to worry about snow. If there is no natural snow, there is a state-of-the art snowmaking equipment. By the way: with one skipass, the “SKI)HIT”, you can also ski in the following 8 skiing areas on 400 km of ski slopes: St. Jakob in Defereggen, Matrei, Kals am Grossglockner, Lienz, Sillian, Kartitsch, Obertilliach, and for an additional charge also on the Mölltal Glacier and Ankogel.
