Skischaukel Berwang-Bichlbach - Sonnalmbahnen

Berwang belongs to the holiday area Tiroler Zugspitz Arena and is the highest located village of the Zugspitz area.

Berwang is a picturesque mountain village which belongs to the “Zugspitz Arena”. The skiing area in Berwang is not a huge skiing resort, in which you better keep your eyes glued to your kids, but a modern skiing area of manageable size, in which particularly families with children feel at ease. At an altitude of 1.336 m asl you can perfectly relax and recharge your batteries, surrounded by a great winter landscape.
However, the skiing area connects the villages of Bichlbach, Berwang, and Rinnen and is especially popular due to the families’ and kids’ ski days. Partly the slopes come down at your doorstep and for this reason you can fully enjoy skiing.

If you seek fun and action off the slopes, an ice rink, about 20 km of cross-country ski tracks, an ice rink and numerous winter hiking paths. Moreover you can make romantic horse-drawn sledge rides or try tobogganing on the illmuminated track, which is perfect for sowing your wild oats. :-)
