The ski resort Schneewinkel includes nearly the entire Pillersee valley and offers endless fun and action.
The Pillersee valley extends in the north-east of Tyrol at the border to Salzburg and Bavaria. The view on the surrounding mountains Hohe Tauern, Kaiser mountain chain, Waidring Alps, Wildseeloderer and the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge mountain chains make this area unique. The ski resort Schneewinkel includes various skiing areas, which are all accessible via one skipass only. The following skiing areas belong to the it: Fieberbrunn, Buchensteinwand - Pillersee Tal, Waidring - Steinplatte, St. Johann in Tirol - Oberndorf, Eichenhof and the ski lifts of Erpfendorf - Lärchenhof, Rosenegg Abschlepper and Kirchdorf.
In all respects this collective skiing area has got much to offer and attracts a large number of winter sports enthusiasts. Schneewinkel does not only offer some 157 km of ski slopes and 55 lift facilities, but also a range of special offers like snowboard jumps, halfpipe or Bobo children’s park in St. Ulrich am Pillersee. A real ski eldorado for adults and children!
