Climbing World Cup 2008 in Imst

Imst is again venue for a spectacular climbing event.

On September 19 and 20, 2008 there is a spectacular climbing event in Imst, which will cast a spell over all the visitors! The worldwide unique climbing pyramide of Imst has been venue for innumerable climbing competitions in its 10-year-long history. Numerous climbing stars took the challenge an tackled the overhanging climbing walls of Imst in order to reach the top! The winners of the 2007 competitions were Angela Eiter and David Lama.

Also this year more than 100 climbers are expected to come to Imst. Will you be there? This is the programme:

> 8.45 am: route 1 - women and men
> 9 am: start qualification route 1- women and men
> 2.45 pm: route 2 - women and men
> 3 pm: start qualification route 2 - women and men

Saturday, September 20, 2008
Semi-final: men/women
> 10 am: start - women and men
Final:
> 6.25 pm: presentation of the finalists - men
> 6.45 pm: final - men
> 8 pm: presentation of the finalists - women
> 8.20: final - women
> 9.45 pm: awards ceremony
