The family-run Sporthotel Neustift is located in the heart of the Stubai mountains.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
Please note that we are only able to accept cancellations in writing.
Free cancellation is available up to 30 days before you are due to arrive, any deposit made will be credited towards the amount of your next holiday.
From 30 days to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50 % of the amount for your booked stay.
For a cancellation made within the last week before you are due to arrive, 70 % of the amount of the booked stay will be charged.
In the event of no-show, 100% of the price of the booked stay will be charged.
