excklusive: visitors tax per person and day (starting with the age of 16), intermediate cleaning if required 50€, in case of dirty house at day of departure we take a charge of 50€ for final cleaning, 200 Euro caution per Holiday-house in cash on day of arrival.

inclusive: WLAN, garage, sauna, Aqua Dome entry 10% reduction, skirental transport, bread delivery service (not on sundays, for a fee!), final cleaning, bed clothing, electricity, water, crib and highchair (available on request!)

checkin/ checkout: 16:00/ 09:30, we please you to call us in case of late checkin (after 6 p.m.). 20:00 reception closed.

payment on location: -2% discount for payment in cash (overnight stay), cash, Maestro, VISA and MASTERCARD

pre payment: 20% of the total travel-sum within 7 days.
