The Filzalmsee, located at the Wilder Kaiser mountain range in the Kitzbühel Alps, is particularly popular on hot summer days. It can comfortably be reached by funical railway and a short walk. Not only the natural landscape in the area of the Filzalmsee is impressive. There are also lots of attractions both for adults and children, which make a visit really exciting.
Close to the lake there is also a biotope, providing an insight into the underwater world in the pond. Furthermore there is a colossal hand movable via ropes, a huge eye turning the world upside down as well as a water giant rising from the lake. Further attractions for adults and children are a mud basin (see fig.), Kneipp basin, foot massage, water games area, huts, an “insight box”, jumbo xylophone and a small and huge giants path…
Moreover there is a seminar hut, embedded in the great natural landscape of the idyllic Filzalmsee. A cosy atmosphere combined with up-to-date seminar technique.
The Filzalmsee is also a perfect starting point for hikes in the surroundings. From this place you can comfortably reach other leisure parks, e.g. Hexenwasser Hochsöll and Ellmis’ Magic World in Ellmau.
