Wildlife park Assling

The wildlife park Assling is located in East Tyrol and is characterised by its inhabitants, so to speak more than 100 animals.

What you definitely need is a portion of luck as well as patience… even if deers are quite big and strong, they are rather shy. But if you take your time you can for sure observe these animals as well. However, not only deers can be admired on the 80,000 sqm included in the wildlife park, but also whistling marmots, sweet racoons, lynxes and other wildcats, eagles, martens and wild boars.

About 100 animals of 30 different species move about freely in the wildlife park Assling, which provides adventurous moments for adults and children. And if your kids still seek adventures, there is also a fabulous sledge track in the park!

Other highlights are the souvenir shop, Grandpa’s model railway and the educational nature trail as well as the restaurant, offering in summer local delicacies.
