The Swiss chef Nenad Mlinarevic (2 Michelin stars) creates dishes made of alpine fresh-water fish. Guests: max. 20, price per person: 140.00 Euros.

The 2nd Culinary Art & Art St. Anton am Arlberg takes place from July 3 - August 23, 2015 - a mountain summer with national and international chefs! This year e.g. with Hans Jörg Bachmeier, Paul Ivic, Gustav Jantscher, Edi Hitzberger, Vinzenz Klimmer, Roswitha Kometer, Reto Mathis, Nenad Mlinarevic, Tobias Müller, Josef Viehhauser and Christoph Zangerl.
